The Yarmus engineer arrived on time and was courteous, professional and patient. He thoroughly examined and understood the issue causing my concern. He spent a good amount of time explaining and assessing the issue. He took his time inspecting the issue and answered all of my extensive questions. He was very attentive to every detail. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed through the process. He offered a professional opinion and practical advice. When he left I felt satisfied that the issue had been adequately addressed.
